These recordings can help in improving customer service by analyzing interactions and feedback, and also serve as documentation of transactions and verbal agreements..

Payment information The data includes the due or completed payment amount, date of payment and payer; The personal data is collected to track due and completed payments.

 

Service related information loading address, delivery address, cargo information, contact details, as well as any other information necessary in the course of the performance of the service; The data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the orders requested by the customers.

 

Website behavior data The data includes visited pages, anonymised IP addresses and session durations.; The personal data is collected with the purpose to track the behavior of the visitors on the website and help us improve the user experience.  The data is collected with the consent of the data subject. Data subjects can at any time opt-out.
