As a person from different culture, it was my first time managing a move between countries so I did a lot of research on companies, prices and the way the moves are managed around Europe.
Boris was very helpful and supportive with all my questions, concerns and anxiety related to possible dates.
Movega was the company with the highest customer satisfaction I could find, fair prices and easy communication. Emphasis on the communication part, since some companies I could barely have a response.
The official communication is done by email but Boris was very kind to always send me a message to make sure I got the email which was crucial so I could get my part done on time.
The pick up came at the agreed range of time, very smooth and very quick.
The delivery was a bit stressful as the drivers had changed the vehicle during the travel and apparently did not advised the transport team, so we were looking for the wrong van when the delivery arrived. However the transport responsible was at all times communicating with me and could solve the misunderstanding fairly quick. The change of vehicle was done due to mandatory rest time for the drives and to protect the goods in the vehicle, so at the end it was a relief to know that they cared about the goods and their drivers.

In summary, very good service, great price considering distance and support received, and all the boxes arrived without any broken goods or missing parts.

I am very happy with the overall service: not only I had no issues at any single part of the journey but also each contractor (pick-up, storage and delivery) was very professional and extremely nice to work with. Special thank you to your team for always being available and checking in throughout the service. In the run up to our international move things were handled well and our customer service agent Boris was extremely helpful and responsive. We were moving from Belgium to Scotland and had planned the pick up for the day before we left to drive to our destination (with our cats). On the day of collection I was informed (after our collection window had alreday started) that there was an issue with the vehicle they had booked. Movega tried to delay the collection by a day, which obviously wasn't possible. Eventually they managed to find another vehicle, however, the van only had material coverings and no actual metal "walls". This is not the standard I would expect given the amount we paid, but can understand this may have been due to the last minute vehicle issues. Since Movega recommend not booking transport on the day of collection this meant that we were not present for the unloading at our Scottish storage facility. Despite communicating this several times to the team, every phonecall I received on the day asked if I was present at the unloading. When we went to inspect our belongings the following day, there was damage to an item, but they have kindly agreed to refund the cost.

Right from the beginning to the end, Dragomir Stoyanov was exceptionally helpful—guiding us through the enquiry stage, the moving stage, and following up afterward. I have now used Movega Removals for two international moves with no issues at all. On our recent move, when a table was unfortunately damaged, Dragomir immediately stepped in and took full ownership. Dragomir Stoyanov worked tirelessly on my behalf and secured a full 100% reimbursement without any hassle. You rarely see this level of accountability and dedication. Very good experience at all.
The company is very professional, their online platform is perfect to organize and keep track of everything before the moving process.

In the pickup they, they called me before to confirm if the driver was there and if everything went well after the pickup.

In the delivery day the same.

The driver was very friendly and helpful. The communication with the driver was a bit challenging because he didn’t speak English, but we arranged everything using Google Translate.

We had a very positive experience with our move from France to Spain and are extremely happy that we chose to go with Movega. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and the whole process was well organized.

Our sales agent, Teodor, was fantastic. He was extremely communicative, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Even when he went on holiday, he made sure everything was properly organized and that the move would continue smoothly in his absence. His temporary replacement, Boris, was also excellent. Very attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.

Iliyan from the transport team was also great and kept us very well informed about the arrival of our truck and driver, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the move.

5 stars for Movega!  I recently moved with my small family from the UK to Norway. This could have been extremely stressful but thanks to Movega, we managed to move smoothly right after our completion date which wasn't set in stone until very late in the process (if you have sold a house in the UK, you know why). I found Movega extremely supportive and professional from start to finish. A big thank you to Boris for his excellent and friendly support!  He wasn't just selling me a service, he was helping me find the best solution for my own situation, with true empathy. He ensured that decisions and documentations were completed at the right time, and his availability to answer my questions or concerns was very reaussuring. Also,  David the driver was excellent as well, friendly, professional, on time, and careful with our belongings.
