I contacted them because I had to move from UK to France. Very fast communication, every questions I asked, I had an answer the next hour. On the day of the moving, the driver came on time and I paid for an extra helper. Everything was perfectly fine and the next following day, all my stuff arrived in France on time. We recently relocated to Transilvania from Coventry, UK and used Movega for the big day. Boris was very helpful and reassuring, always polite and respectful. The price was also one of the best we were quoted and we went with this company mainly due to their customer service and systems. Every step of the move was explained and we were assisted via email and telephone. It was quite difficult to estimate the weight of our stuff but once again, Boris came through and helped us. 3 days before the move we realised we’ll exceed the weight limit and within hours another van was booked for us. On the day of the move, one of the drivers was delayed (which is understandable) and Philip kept us updated and informed us of any changes. All our stuff arrived intact and safely uploaded from the vans. We would use Movega again without any hesitation, great service from start to finish.
